SUMMARY:Size-based multi-species fisheries modelling with mizer: a practical introduction
DESCRIPTION:Gustav Delius will show in a hands-on manner how to use the mizer R package (https://sizespectrum.org/mizer/) to set up a size-based multi-species model of a fished marine ecosystem and how to use it to explore the ecosystem consequences of different fishing scenarios. This is being used in the SMMR project “Pyramids of Life”.
